Our rental properties are usually let out on 6 month agreements, although some are for longer periods with landlords' consent.
Our agreements are in 'Plain English' and therefore are readily understood. But we do allow, also, time for you to read them thoroughly and to clear any matters you are uncertain about.
There are legal obligations on all parties and where necessary there will be inplace:.
A gas safety cetificate.
An electrical safety cetificate.
Furniture Kite marks.
Operational handbooks.

Costs.
Single application, and taking up references: 100.00
If application successful: Deposit of one months rent plus rent, one month in advance.
New agreement / continuation of agreement: 25.00 plus VAT
Joint applications for any property: 140.00
*Tenants are to supply meter readings and a copy of the last utility invoice (gas, electrical or telephone where appropriate). These will be treated in confidence.
