  • Secure a dilapidations deposit equivalent to one month's rent.
  • Management of maintenance issues including GSC's.
  • Serve Notice Requiring Possession, liaise with tenant regarding Renewal of Tenancy subject to a satisfactory Inspection.
  • Check out the property prior to tenant's departure and return Deposit as instructed.
  • Automatically arrange for re-let of property.
