Royal Institute of Surveyors Home Buyers Report and Valuation: We provide text on the general state of repair of the property and services, plus comments on the future maintenance tasks, along with an opinion on value. This report provides a formal document to other property specialists, lawyers, financial institutions and private individuals on the general condition of property.
Detailed Surveys: We provide detailed findings on physical condition, defects & remedial works and comment on alterations and future maintenance. Certain areas cannot be inspected or reported on and, should specialist knowledge be required, we can arrange such inspections.
Valuations: We can be undertake these when a figure is required for probate or insurance purposes.
