We are regulated by the rules and regulations of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors, the National Association of Estate Agents and the Association of Residential Letting Agents; we believe the leading professional property bodies. Margetts are based in centrally located offices with Warwick town centre and are pleased to offer residential, rural and commercial services. We believe that by remaining independent we are able to provide impartial advice and services at competitive prices.
